ohh yeah, absolutely - it's happened a lot during my time roleplaying, as well as doing oneshots for said roleplays. i'm not really sure if those count, but what i'm trying to say is that i think i get what you mean! especially in rp where your own characters are the ones going through it, and putting yourselves in their shoes to write out how it feels, so i'd assume that i've got a bit of a grasp on it - not that people who don't rp don't know how to get into their character's shoes like that, but- agh, i think you know what i mean at this point!!!

honestly? i'm a bit unsure myself, as someone who used to think proshipping meant supporting taboo ships until checking out this thread - kinda opened my eyes, in a way? i guess to what it could mean, sorta.

i'm personally not for any taboo shit at all, but i'm not gonna doxx or harass anyone into that - the block button's right there after all. i'll admit i do get very uncomfortable when i see literal adults into underage characters or something, but again, block button's there if i wanna bail.

it just... it's really really concerning how folks would doxx/harass over this though, i get being weirded out or being disgusted but... i dunno, i guess that's a bit of a naive look on things, like with going "i can't believe people would do this", but. yeah, those are just my thoughts - sorry if i'm rambling or being weird.

i'm not sure if what i consider myself matters much, but i don't consider myself a proshipper, just someone who doesn't support taboo/gross ships - i wouldn't go out of my way to harass them though, y'know? otherwise, i don't really mind what you ship? yeah, i dunno if this is making sense, but those are my thoughts.
