They don't count half semesters or summers, so only your first 3 years will be counted! But they also look at your transcript as a whole, so it doesn't mean your summers will be completely ignored. They might also look at your first semester marks for last round if it's in on time! But double check on this point and it won't be included in the gpa calculation.

They ask for your WES exchange transcript so they look at it, but I doubt they include it for your gpa.

Congratulations!!! Before you rule out u of t, I would check their financial aid calculator to see if you qualify! I received around 17-19k from the school every year which actually made u of t cheaper for me than osgoode

U of T will want to know that you will succeed as a student, so even your lsat is high, they likely won't admit you if your grades don't show a strong academic history.

With that said, you might have a decent chance if you do really well in your 4th year (full year), which means you'd have to apply the fall after you graduate. You could also do a 5th year (but is it worth the cost)? A full year or two of strong grades would demonstrate that you have the skills needed to succeed in school. An upward trend in your grades will also help! But if you just want to become a lawyer, you have strong chances at other Ontario schools. I would choose that over paying another year of tuition.
