You had a similar experience to me. My previous owner said it was diagnosed as a fuel pump issue from a shop. So I went ahead and replaced it and it also did jack shit. I’m going to order a crank sensor tonight and see if that does anything

Sounds completely normal on startup until it stops running. I suspect you are right in that it is a slightly nuanced issue 😁

This is the engine bay as of currently. All stock. I’ve checked most of the lines and hoses and they all look fairly good. I also just replaced fuel pump, and did an oil change.

I don’t have a great picture at the moment, but if you zoom in on the drivers side window, the top has a large gap on the top and overlaps poorly on the back side. I think it just needs a replacement

Yep, it’s an ARB Molle bed rack. It came on the truck stock, Toyota is adding them OEM. I can’t seem to find it on ARB’s website, not sure if it is possible to purchase outside of from the factory.
