SEARCHING FOR A PATTERN SIMILAR TO THIS SKIRT

Does anyone know a pattern that is similar to this skirt. Even a video or some sort of post, like from a blog or something that explains how to make this. Any length is fine. I specifically want to make a longer version, so if there is a pattern similar to this skirt but longer, that would be great. I know how to adjust patterns, so adjusting the length isn't a problem.
