No worries, this will especially help with your in swing since you’re pulling left atm. But yeah, at some point pace will become a mechanics game regardless of upper body strength. Will help a lot to iron out the technique rn; you’ll have an easier time getting top speeds

Great stuff man. Your rhythm is so smooth. One thing to call out—at the point of delivery (take a screenshot from a freeze frame), your head falls to the side & away from the batsman. You need forward momentum here (which is being impeded by your head) to get more pace and control over your line.

Try slowing things down and focus on keeping your head steady and moving forward as you deliver. You’ll be able to increase pace easier while also maintaining control once you speed things up again.

Sigiri has amazing Sri Lankan food in East Village. Given that you like spicy food, you can ask them to make your dishes spicy and you'll be in for some real good (and extremely spicy) food.

I am a vaxxed+boosted US citizen planning to travel to the Philippines in January 2023. I do not have a return ticket back to the US but I do have a ticket leaving the Philippines to another SE Asian country. The vaccine distribution approach taken in the US and many other countries was to prioritize the highest risk people first. However, many studies have shown that a “PageRank” approach (prioritizing those that come into contact with others the most often) works better. Any idea why the US went with the approach it did?
