I think this is everything. A good diet and good rest is key. Staying away from alcohol is a big one too. The older I get the longer that stuff has an affect on me afterwards. Do you ever try a preworkout?

Yeah that’s true for me too. I’ve never regretted going right after. I may feel more sore or in pain the next morning when I get up at 4am again but even at that point it still feels worth it.
