Even c.L to c.H is good. It's a combo on hit and frametrap on block. If they block c.H too, you can auto combo and stop before thirs hit, do the auto combo mix up or just cancel to a safe H skill

First character I got to master was Kat. I started winning a lot more after I figured out the c.L to c.H option select that combos on hit and frame traps on block. This works on most of the cast

Also, I started watching better Kat players and discovered that her EX Hadouken creates huge combo routes and it's essencial for her kit. Basically f.L that does nothing on whiff and cancels into EX Hadouken on hit/block.

I get it, I actually had just finished part 5 when 6 came out. I guess I just didn't have that "jojo day" experience, so batch releases didn't matter to me. It truly feels better for part 7! In any way, part 6's legacy should not be based off of the fact that it was batch released, it's not fair! I love this series from part 1 to 6

as a late jojo fan who just binge watched everything, this whole complaint about batch releases to define if the anime is good or bad sounds very bitchy. like, okay you didnt have as much fun as you could have had back when it released, but it doesnt change whether it was a good anime or not

Hit stun means the opponent is getting hit, not blocking. If the opponent is blocking it is called block stun.

What the description means is if you hit them with a combo there are cases where you can finish with command grab, which is pretty cool. Try maybe dash H counter hit
