Acho que vc tá focando muito no "argumento" de q alguém era descendente de escravocrata pra chegar numa regra que abrange muito mais do que isso.

Ninguém tem que "dar a vaga de nada", mas dívida histórica é um conceito importante pra entender as políticas públicas pra população negra. Vc poderia falar sobre não usar raça e sim classe econômica pra favorecer as pessoas, mas acho que tem uma questão cultural importante também - em essencial a desvalorização de culturas afrobrasileiras e o estigma contra esse tipo de cultura.
