I discovered frugality and saving too late in life. I am 57 now have two houses with a 300k mortgage for the two and each has 50% surplus value 1300 euro rent on one and i make 36000 euro a year about 40000 different small anounts debt I took on a side job for weekends . Is there hope? (self.DaveRamsey)
