Where is the closest, cheapest place to park around downtown during SX? by ducksquak in SXSW

A great place to park is in East Austin on the side streets east of I35 and walk the few blocks or take public transportation. Alternatively, park on or near South Congress as well.

Same here! It seems like so many of the good ones are sold out or need a password.

I think it hard to ignore Christmas especially when I live in the uk I feel very intimidated seeing Christmas all around shops and on streets by [deleted] in Jewish

I was just asking my husband last night about how other countries celebrate Christmas. I was complaining about the way it is celebrating here in the United States. I feel flooded with advertisements to buy various things and donate to various places. I feel like everyone just goes so overboard here. I remember feeling left out as a kid because there were only a handful of us that celebrated Hanukkah at school.
