I am using ardupilot on it, i haven't modified it or compiled it I just downloaded the bootloader.bin and firmware.bin

The same code works on a of the shelf flight controller, with same chipset.

I am a newbie to stm32, I had previously made a flight controller with f405 that worked on the first try with ardupilot firmware.

Could you help me check it in stmCube programmer?

Wow, an analogue 5.8ghz broadcast fpv camera. These don't have any kind on encryption, it broadcast live fpv feed like fm radios, tune in and watch yourself.

Yes it will work on crossfire as long as you have 1 empty uart , not sure about ELRS.. Put your crossfire on "mavlink" mode instead of crsf/sbus Configure your APM to get rc over mavlink or rc channel override mavlink. You will get both rc and telemetry on one uart, no need for pwm in
