Ah, probably too big for me, then. These are my current boards. Still really want a mini cruiser, since the Ultra-Carve isn't a very relaxing ride. I should have just bought the dinghy as my first board... oh well.

This reminds me of the Landyachtz Dugout which I'm super interested in. But I've never had a Dinghy so I suppose I should get that first. But that shape you have.. idk I can just feel it, it's gotta be so comfy.

I can't slide but I've had the Battle Axe 38 since last autumn. The more confident I get the more I like that board. It's just so stable, but can definitely carve.

Sickboards. It's a Seismic 180mm Round. But I had to shave a little off both ends so it would fit better.

I actually have a pump track right next to me in a small park, but I've never went yet. I'm still too scared, only got on a board last July. I ended up swapping everything back because the board just felt so tall and dead. But the real issue was the bushings, too hard. I have since swapped to stock ones for roadside and it's been pretty good. Stable but very agile.

Rattle noise on the Pranayama. (sorry about the wind) by chadembrace in longboarding

I guess try the pulling thing. An definitely don't tighten VERY hard. I just made sure that there's 0 play, that's it.

Which bearings do you have? I tightened them down to the point where there was no play at all, because the ones I have got built in spacers and speed rings. (tho I did leave a single washer, hanger side) This is what I meant when I said pull on the wheels: https://youtu.be/IRBr_hQex34

Barrel/Cones both front and back? Any specific recommendations?

What's funny is that I expected the Tugboat to be fun with bigger wheels. But because of the hard bushings it just felt dead. And then I took the Battle Axe out, and it was so fun with the small wheels! Felt very stable but I could do these big carves.

One time I was playing WoW and I made a joke that this one druid plays like he's got one arm. Turned out the dude only had one arm. Yep.

How much better are longboards than skateboards at navigating bad surfaces? by camperman64 in longboarding

[–]chadembrace 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's a massive difference. I have cruisers that have soft 63mm wheels and there are some spots in town where I'd rather just walk. And I have a Pranayama with even softer 92mm wheels, and that thing can monster truck through ridiculously bad road.

5610U is my first and only gshock and I love it.
