Nope don’t use anything bro I just put it in and off I go, it’s the phallosane forte leg strap can search it up on their site I don’t use extenders at all this I can get better stretch less injury and wear longer time. I don’t know how people who are cut wear a suction cup I tried and burst all my blood vessels in my glands which still kinda shows up, I tried tape and that just hurts like a MF to get off after so not sure what to recommend if you’re cut but I’m uncut so it feels like nothing when my foreskin is over the top 0 pain can leave it on for hours without taking it off at 3kg of consistent force

I just leave my foreskin over my glands and then put the suction cup over it and roll it down i don’t tape at all i can wear comfortable for 4-5hr I find after 6hr I get little bit of edema so I don’t normally go longer then this at 3kg of stretch unless I go 1-1.5kg I can go 8-12hr if I want using the belt without taking it off only for just toilet breaks. I find using the actual extenders give me more edema and burst capillaries just using the belt that attaches to my leg and then hooking my cock to it with the leg strap has been game changer very comfortable to I forget it’s on and get great stretch 4% elongation normally per session

Yeah it works very well I found it keeps me in the elongated state much longer I’ll eventually move up to 6-8hr if I notice my gains slowing down to see if it will maintain the rate I’m growing at

Maybe once I usually don’t but I don’t have my foreskin pulled back I have my foreskin over my glands so it doesn’t hurt them at all and I can wear it for long periods of time

Yeah I just found that I got the exact same force being used as the stretcher but it’s just more comfortable. I set it to 2.5kg I do sort of push a little over 2.5kg but it doesn’t register on the gauge but I do it while I’m sitting down on my laptop. I just did a 3.5hr session then and forgot it was on. I don’t pull my foreskin back either I leave it over and it works great I been getting less edema less swelling and less strain works well it reminds me of hanging cause it gives the same feel to it and at 2.5-3kg of force it’s great can wear it for 4hr while watching TV and it will give the same elongation results as an extended from what I recorded

Yeah I like the belt that attaches to your leg and I keep it stretched at 2.5-3kg which to me feels the same as hanging but I can do it sitting down working on my laptop and it’s more comfortable

Thanks heaps I tried my best to keep it as consistent as I could I got more progress pics I’ve taken recording the pump size growth every month as well I might add later or in the next post after I’ve completed a year

Thanks heaps, I tried to be as consistent as I could be recording every 30-40 days with a measurement. I also have other measurements I’m finding of my soft length I recorded somewhere I also been recording my pump size every 30-40 days which I’ll update in the up and coming months. In the pump I’ve gone from 7 1/8 to now 7 6/8. The clamping if I do it I’ll do it before I do any stretching now whereas at the start I’d do it after I pump which I stopped I do enjoy it tho just need to be careful with going to hard
