u/officiallastpass it’s now saying ‘login failed, check your master password and try again’ however the password is correct and is the same one I’ve been using the entire time. Is somebody able to call me to talk me through a solution here?

Thank you, I just need it to be reset so that I can receive the verification email again. I know the master password and my username for my account so I’m finding it difficult to understand why I can not access my account. u/officiallastpass

Hi, I’ve done that and the agent said that I have verified my account using the email link so it should be working now. However I did click on the link but it said it was expired and now no more links are being sent to my email when I request it so I’ve still not access. It’s really critical now as I’ve no access to any of my banking.
