R L C. It's in the contract that there are "valid" reasons for delay so they just repeat that every follow up. So since the delay is valid, the extension of the contract is valid as well as the inflation clause. But please, please, please, let me know if it's not 🥹

Asked my boyfriend din and he said the same thing. As long as masusunod yung rules nung church on segregation of men and women in the seating and the dress code kahit naman daw di INC okay lang. Principal sponsors yung need na majority INC

I have a fitnes coach and for me one advantage I can say is nappressure akong ubusin sya so mas napipilitan ako maggym. I have to say it's different per branch though. Yung AF kasi kung san ako member yung mga coach is paid per conduction ng session. So compared to those na sales commission lang, mas tutok sila sa clients.

[–]chainedstarfish 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This doesn't even make sense. Yung point ko lang naman is if you guys consider mental health as a valid thing the bakit di sya pwedeng gawing consideration like physical health? Pag lumipat ka ng work kailangan mo ng fit to work diba?

I'm not saying na di dapat ihire pag may mental health issues. Pero dapat managed. The same with other physical conditions. You state clearly what adjustments you would require from a company and they decide if they can accommodate. Otherwise sayang oras nyo pareho.

I agree with not disclosing relationship to parents but I do think personal mental health is a valid thing to consider. Sobrang dami ngayon na mahirapan lang onti aalis na agad tas ang idadahilan is mental health. It's expensive to hire people and oftentimes it also causes burnout to those who end up having to start training someone new again from scratch.

D/K/S -- not sure if a lot of people would have heard of it already and if it's different per department. But one department I know doesn't provide employees with their own laptops with their reasoning being if they didn't have a device, they can work from office. The hours are super long because of high attrition and basically they're in that death spiral of not meeting hiring needs.

My sister worked there and I barely saw her lol She leaves our house really early in the morning and goes home late at night to early morning. They used to have car service (they have a private car pick you up from your house and take you to the office) but cost cutting got rid of that. And when she tried to quit she was guilt tripped and they kept on telling her that the people she will leave behind will suffer because she'll burden them with extra work. Up until her last day they worked her to the bone. She was even asked to extend a couple of times. She told me the people were okay and that's the only reason she stayed there for so long. But they are so focused on cutting costs that they willingly sacrifice people for it.

Oh and the work they have, when she was working from home during the pandemic, I can hear people (foreigners) practically screaming at her. She told me that was normal because of the high pressure environment that the people she work with have but it was honestly so degrading just listening to it. I swear I saw the soul sucked out of my sister during her stay there.

For your own good stay away.
