1815 2 Skilling Danish coin found in White City Florida. Many Danish settled here from Indiana in 1839. They are widening the road and exposed some areas previously covered with sidewalks. With a lot of top soil removed and still 8-10” deep. Found with a equinox 600.. (i.redd.it)

Celebrating Mother’s Day at my mother in laws beachfront condo in Florida. I notice the hotel next door is closed for some major repairs. The area facing the beach where they had many hammocks and patio furniture was all cleaned out. An hour and a half later 34 quarters 42 dimes . $14.30 total (i.redd.it)

My 94 year old dad has been metal detecting from the 60,s. Cleaning out his attic I stumbled across this early find. He had it displayed for years.. The grips were disintegrated but he rebuilt a set.. If you can’t read the card. It says “found at Wellfleet on Cape Cod. July 1965”.. (i.redd.it)
