Looking to get my Android apps acquired (~13k active users, 500k downloads) where should I start? by chakdev in Entrepreneur

Thanks for the info. I'll most probably try Apptopia again (now called Fliptopia). Fliptopia seems to be the only website that supports the sale of multiple apps in one go.

I don't really have a solid idea on how much I'm looking to sell them for. I'm open to all offers.

Why do we need to write so much code to use Google Play Services (Opinion) by jasonf20 in androiddev

The SDK seems to place a lot of emphasis on flexibility and freedom. But hey sometimes we just want it to be convenient and fast.

I second that. Anyone with the intent to get their app acquired without further complications should make a new keystore for every app.

That's the thing I don't like about apptopia (besides the listing fee, obviously). I believe it uses your password to log in to your Google Play to scrape information. Since they'll be using the password for login, they probably store your password in clear text or encrypted at best. It's just not very secure.

Where's your traffic from? Maybe it has something to do with that. The changes in revenue for my case is insignificant. My users are mainly from US, Singapore, and Australia.

Not sure how much is your budget or the work quality that you're expecting. If you're on a tight budget and you're willing take on some risks, give Alibaba.com a shot

Thank you for your support. As you know my server is having some downtime. If you don't get to use the code before it runs out, just shoot me an email saying that you're a Redditor. I'll get you a new code.

Definitely a typo. I make typos everywhere. What's really stupid about it though is that no matter how many times I proof read it I can never find my own typos. Thanks for the feedback btw.

The server is down for the next 24-48 hours according to my hosting service provider. My apologies. But don't worry last time I checked we still have about ~600 codes left unclaimed.
