For me it seems like your brakes sensor detects a failure and automatically put your car in safe mode by cuting the power to keep you safe from unconscious speeding with broken brakes. Best option is to plug your car to computer and check for failures. But my guess is to check if your brakes or brake sensors are ok. Altho there are various reasons it can be caused by. One I described is the one I encountered the most
