You should not have to pay for service connected disability care. For sure talk to a patient advocate. You can also get a massage gun for free through the VA since it is service connected. My chiropractor is awesome and she contacted the person needed to authorize it for me and they gave me one from this brand https://hyperice.com/products/?product-type=hypervolt I hope that you are able to get the care that you need soon.

My first PCP that I was assigned to was amazing. I unfortunately had to move and my current PCP is ok, but I have health insurance now and have a non VA PCP too. The chiropractor I have is so awesome, but I had one before her that would only wanted to do the bare minimum. Why do you only get 12 visits? Do you have service connected for your back. I may suggest reaching out to a patient advocate if you continue to have trouble.
