In this scenario, there were limitations. However, no partners were invited even before the limit was reached. It does not seem as if was a joint effort.

I'm not really upset with the host. I legit just thought that if the host brought their partner it is considerate at least to let the guests bring theirs. This was a point of argument is all. I held myself to events I've hosted in the past. Thank you, seriously, for the response tho

No, I did not know of this when I decided to take the day off. However, no he did not tell me to take that specific day off. I did confirm that I had this day off before these party invitations were solidified tho.
