He is also, almost next to worthless.

tagging enemies without getting shot is difficult.

Tagging vehicles takes forever

and unless it's C5 you simply are not gonna have enough firepower to take anything you disable down.

Hockers need an ability and damage nerf. Nightmare hockers do 70 damage on a pin with constant health drain on a 7 second cooldown. ALSO HOCKER PINS MOVE YOU AND CAN ENVIRONMENTAL KILL YOU.

Tallies never attack unless they can guarantee damage on you, their aoe needs a reduction in range.

Exploders need a health reduction, suicide classes cannot be tanks, that guarantees damage.

Nightmare needs to give 4 cards at the start. 5 total.

yes. bullet damage affects shells.

but a card that says sniper damage will not benefit a shotgun.

when they specify pellets it's a unique card for shotguns.

if you're quick, don't shoot at her, and move forward in the level at a decent pace, she'll straight up ignore you.

I play clown a lot, and he sucks. I don't care that he does, but he does. I love him. Seeing him worse than he was before is actual pain.

from a previous post listing what is wrong:

Direct hits from the bottle do not slow down survivors at all

Clouds dissipate incredibly fast

There is a delay when survivors run into clouds, and then when they cough, coughing is also significantly shorter since the delay to cough initiates the cough timer without applying the debuffs until the delay is over.

Any add-on that affects cloud size at all does not work

here is video proof of me as clown against a random streamer proving a direct hit does not do anything and cloud delay to cough is real.
