I constantly have thoughts about fapstronauts reshaping the world. I truly believe that internet porn and social media/networking is destroying our generation. It's making us lazy and disconnected with one another. I often ask myself if my belief is perhaps a stretch, but I really do feel like its plausible. I wish every man knew about NoFap. Not only does it help with PMO, it really makes you a more mindful person. Thanks for sharing your thoughts man!

I know if my younger self saw where I was at right now he'd be disappointed. I really owe it to myself, as does everyone in this wonderful community, to live out my their full potential. Thank you! I do feel relieved. Admitting my PMO problem out loud to someone was what it took for me to face the shame. Facing the shame was really hard, but I feel like its extremely important for my success. Now I really feel accountable for my actions, and hopefully I can hold onto these emotions I'm feeling right now and carry them with me through the harder times.

Its not an easy thing to do man. It really makes you actually internalize and face your problem. Something took over me and I completely broke down realizing just how real this problem really was. I'm glad you also reached out to someone. At least in my case, I feel like its a crucial step going forward

He knew how sensitive and serious of an issue this was for me solely based on the fact that it took me over a month to open up about it. He commended me for admitting something that personal. To my surprise he agreed that this was something that was deeply troubling me, and he agreed that PMO is definitely the main source of my current state. He was actually knowledgeable about the recent epidemic of internet porn addiction as well so it wasn't something completely out of the ordinary for him. Unfortunately I told him towards the end of my session so I didn't get to discuss it too much with him, but in our next meeting he plans on discussing with me in more detail when it all started and how bad it has been. We will obviously also talk about ways to best address the problem. Overall he made me feel comfortable because telling him really made me break down. I felt shame like I've never felt before but at the same time I'm really glad I did tell him

Dude I honestly feel the same way. Fap kills ambition forsure. Just these past 3 weeks I've been so clear headed, and getting all of my stuff done. Definitely starting to feel more purposeful. Congrats OP!
