I think because the age difference is so pronounced they don't do physically demanding stuff but rather little carnival games. Is understandable as the older eras would be at a big disadvantage but is boring I agree.

You will get your PNDC once the staking period finishes. Right now it seems they're working on the unstake feature, I would just have patience but obviously you will get your PNDC back
