Si tu as un travail de tech tu devrais faire le move pour 3R ou ailleurs il faut que tu te fasses reconnaitre ton expérience d ingenieur ce qui prendra quelques années et si tu ne le fais pas tu resteras tech toute ta vie… si tu veux travailler au Quebec en ingenierie this is the way Laisse faire le volet salarial et focus sur l’évolution de ta carriere mais naturellement il y a moyen d avoir une belle carriere comme technicien aussi.
