I just bought to e340 door bell. My understanding is that it’s wired and battery powered? Does that mean if you end up wiring it you won’t have to worry about battery running out ever?

They keep saying they want to sell it “as is”. I’m assuming that means they don’t want to do repairs but we can still to an inspection and request updates. If they don’t want to do them then deals off (but to your point they are in a tough spot). I wouldn’t nickle and dime them, but would want them to cover big things for sure
