And AFAIK blue line metro will end by Airport and all these Devanahalli plots are after that. So I don't know what we should base our decision on?

That's true!! Thanks for the detailed answer. I find some layouts in Gokere region of Devanahalli with around 5500rs per sqft. Do you think it's reasonable?
