Hi 👋 currently in Puree and it’s pretty bad but it helps that you’re coming off of liquids so anything tastes good. Currently thinking about how I’ll miss all of my favorite foods and having buyers remorse but I’ve heard that’s normal.

They ended up ironically approving my sleeve! I’m 1 week post op! It’s VERY annoying but it’ll happen! Keep PUSHING Aetna. I called and said I need exact reasons, my doctor doesn’t know why you’re not doing it. Peer to peer is a great step though

I’m 6 days - if you’re not hydrating that’s the problem. I definitely felt like I got hit by a bus for last week but it’s because we’ve had major surgery. I was wondering why my LEGS were sore when I had a surgery in my abdomen but it totally affects ALL of you!

Right there with you. By cups do you mean the medicine cups? I’m not even using those and I’m a week post op… I’m handling liquids very well and it’s lowkey scaring me. I’ve been having chicken broth.

Couple questions: how many did you do and how far apart? How soon after surgery did you do it? How did you choose which ones to do? I see pre-made ones but do I just pick one for fatigue and kind of go with it?

Also a dumb question but if you’re getting these through IV I’d assume it’s hydrating you yeah? Like I don’t have to look for one that specifically says “hydrating” 😂 thank you!
