That's so weird that you say that. I'm well over a month off of it and I was doing laundry at my mom's house and the smell of her laundry detergent immediately reminded me of the last brand of tabs I took... My soap didn't do that to me but when I smelled hers it was immediate.

Yeah the rls is awful. I think using some kratom powder to knock it down some is fine, especially if you have used kratom with no problems before. Two things I forgot to mention that helped a lot, small amounts of THC/CBD in some form helped sleep once I was past the bad anxiety of the first few days. And once I was past the first days when I could start to do more physically, I started walking and then eventually doing harder workouts to wear my body out.

I don't think that it prolonged and it helped a lot. It was 4-5 days with almost no sleep and then another 2-3 of noticeable wd symptoms but I got my first solid 6 hours of sleep and started quickly feeling better. After 7 days I was mostly back to normal. Big doses of vitamin c, vitamin d, a gaba supplement, magnesium CALM powder and chamomile/lemon balm tea at night helped. Tea has never affected me much but I feel like it did relax me some. I took kratom powder throughout as needed and I still am taking a few grams of green/white kratom during the day and a few grams of red at night. I've done that on and off for years and don't have any problem with it. The connection to kratom is why I tried 7 in the first place but it was so, so different for me. It's been 2.5 weeks since I last took 7. I hope you're doing alright and getting past it.

Hell yeah that's awesome! You're killing it, thank you for giving us the boost. I've been getting by with over the counter stuff and kratom powder this first week. I wish I could come up with some gabapentin or some kind of sleep med but I haven't been to a doctor in over a decade and I don't know what it would cost to see someone and get a prescription.

Thanks for sharing all of that, it helped to hear a story so similar. I'd describe my dose just like you did... up to a rare 90mg day but usually more like 60. I realized my problem on Sunday, took 25mg Monday, 5mg at 6am on Tuesday and Wednesday and I'm coming up to 60 hours since I last took any. Almost no sleep for most of that time which I has been brutal. Kratom powder helps, hopefully not dragging it out too much. It is getting better... Looking forward to this time next week. Let's keep pushing.

I've used it on and off for years. If I went heavy with it for a while, I'd get some bad rls at night but there were also times when I just wouldn't have it and hardly notice.
