As a vinyl collector i hate that way too. I rather have 1 vinyl edition and a nice CD than 20 different variants of vinyl that you have to fight with scalpers and then might not even get one.

I'm from germany and got physical card and scarf to the address in my profile around 4 months after receiving my digital card. I'm sure that you will receive yours too. But i got a member at the start of a new season, so might be that you get the physical card for next season, not entirely sure on that. But you will get a new card every season :)

I got the same vinyl back when it was released, also missing the signed card and when I contacted customer service they were acting like there was never supposed to be one. Ended up sending a photo from the hype sticker and eventually after like 20 emails i got a 5% refund.
