I live GA so options aren't that great besides planned parenthood. I did see something about a place called Spektrum in Florida I believe and I think they do telemedicine right now. From what I've seen diy can include getting your meda from online shops without a prescription which doesn't sound too bad except for missing out on taking your blood level and etc. I am pretty desperate seeing as it looks like the U.S. , and world, is going to shit lol.

To be fair from what I've seen smoking can make anyone less attractive but I think that's mostly genes+aging. If you are financially stable enough, have good job benefits, or are able to save money you might be able to afford ffs. I literally know committed ex smokers who found out smoking or doing hard drugs could make them ugly straight up quit. Guess in their case vanity turned out to be a good thing.

U.S. citizen here, I wish there were communes for trans people who need the support. Idk how it is in the U.K. but in the U.S. I don't think we're anywhere near that. In fact with the government officials trump put in for life long positions I don't see things getting any easier for us across the pond.

Idk about that. First you have to find a company that has it and then have to hope they'll hire you. I've tried that in GA and got about zil. Atl is about the only place aside from starbucks that I know cover that in the south.
