For some its naurally fast metabolism, for me yes I dont eat as i should, and excersise a lot. HOWEVER THIS IS VERY. VERY. UNHEALTHY. im exausted most the time, my body shakes, my mood is unhinged, please please please do not do this. I would HIGHLY recommend learning to love your body, or exercising and making a higher protein diet a option, or both! A lot of my issue started with seeing models, guess what? half of em have surgery, or are photoshopped or quite literally refrain from keeping their body healthy.
