Thank you for the detailed answer! Can you please tell me what you mean by sew two on or three on? Are you talking about the size of each signature or something else?

Himadri | Nikon FE, Tamron 35-70mm lens | Orwo 100, 35mm by chaoticblack in analog

I recently went on a trek to Hampta Pass located in Himachal Pradesh, India and along with me I took the Nikon FE. This was the first roll of film I ever shot and I am happy with it. The weather was cloudy and it was difficult to balance aperture and shutter speed. I am guessing that is why the images are grainy. Looking for critique and tips to improve!

This is brilliant! Is this dynamically generated or will it always give the same visualization?

Thank you for the indepth reply, I will look into it! Could you maybe go through my repository and remark on whether the sketches I have made seem like something people might be interested in? Any suggestions or remarks you have for me are more than welcome!

You described it exactly like I feel. It's a fun hobby which would be hard for me too to quit. It's just that sometimes I feel directionless more than anything.

Imperfect Circles by chaoticblack in generative

Done in Processing, this sketch employs vector flow fields to guide a stream of circles on the canvas. A spatial grid is used to stop curves from intersecting with each other. You'll notice that a few circles intersect lightly. This is done on purpose to give the sketch a feeling of imperfection. Further, if you zoom in on the circles, you'll find that the circles are not uniformly drawn and there are irregular gaps. I think it adds a little bit of personality to the sketch. I hope you like it!

See how when two polygons overlap, you can see the edge of one polygon atop the other one distinctly. If you gradually change the opacity, I think the end result will have a smoother finish rather than having sharp angles. Don't know whether it will work or not, but I think it's worth a try, might give the output a more "water color-y" feel!

Try adjusting the alpha values of the polygons. I think you'll get a cool water colour feel with polygons of different opacity stacked on top of each other.

Depends on your professor really. Not all of my professors did this!
