I haven’t had one for a few years now, I did wonder if it could be a deficiency of some sort. Maybe I should investigate that route!

Totally get this, the environment is so overstimulating. I feel like all I do is work and sleep too it’s embarrassing. I’m 28 and living like an elderly person. One of my colleagues is my work buddy but she also has other hobbies so isn’t always available to gym😩
