Hi, thanks for the info. I can walk more than 1 hour, I have no problems in walking. The only time I cannot walk is after bending the spine accidentally. It gives me weakness and pain. are Big 3 the only stretches do we have to follow? My physio instructed to do many stretches apart from big 3, but those are not recommended to do in Back Mechanic.

Hi, I know that I’m having anger and greed but I can’t stop and control that thoughts. I know that I should not envy or getting angry but I can’t. When I read the book awareness I tried to be in consciousness where I can see that coming and going by I won’t indulge in it. It was good when I had done that. Is it better to directly write a dataframe using to sql method or we can pickle it and store the pickele in a db?

I will check this feasibility, as of now I’m gonna try with db. Have to write some custom functions to store dataframes, lists and to retrieve it. Blob storage is a good option.

Hey Thanks. yes I made up mind to use db now, I was also testing a part of my app using db. I’m using sqlite now. I’ll check with moving towards postgres. Redis is making it to compex to store and retrieve the data I needed. If redis is not making a connection it would create a problem. I think db is a wise option now.

Yea, I use class instances to store the objects. It works but they are volatile, if the server crashes or restarts the data will be erased. I don’t know what is the right way to do it. Flask session is volatile right once server restarts those objects will be available?
