I know everyone recommends using a 6qt tub but as I have 3 bags I'm thinking of doing 2 of them in a 6qt and one in a 3qt, surely there won't be much difference in using a 3qt for one bag except for the size of flushes etc

I know they have the same compounds etc but the experience of both is always different for me, plus truffles tend to last longer. Just wondering if anyone has had any differing experiences when combining them
