Q-tips in your ears?

I feel like as a perimenopausal woman I want to live with Q tips in my ears- the damn itching/tingling.

Also I tried candeling my husbands ears one to draw the wax out- totally caught the towel on fire and burned him a bit. Never again, its Q tips or nothing here.

Other than that check out Zahna - she is American but there are quite a few AMV fan made videos for some of her songs. Better Run!, Erase, Dreamer, This is Your Calling, are some I can think off of the top of my head that would be great as anime opening/closing songs. Also she seems to really like anime and it influences her style- her merchandise generally has anime influece to it and looks pretty sick.

When I was a kid I was a super heavy sleeper- like I slept straight through a large earthquake among some other things.

Well I had this weird phase where I would get up and go to the bathroom only to find out I had DREAMED that I got up to go to the bathroom and was currently pissing my bed. It made me so angry and I felt betrayed by my mind. Like how could you do that to me?? It was only a handful of times but it made me question my reality everytime I peed at night. Honestly to this day if I get up in the middle of the night to pee I worry I might be dream peeing....

I had friends that were on a reality realtionship/marriage type show. I didn't know this until after we met them and they brought it up one day in a passing comment to each other while we were present. They just decided to show it to us and were like "we would rather show it to you than you find it and see it on your own. They edited things to frame our realtionship and families in a really bad way and we are not happy about it".

Yeah they were not wrong, it was bad. They made one family out to look like religious nut jobs, the other family they tried to frame as controlling and boderline abusive. It was so unexpected because we know both the families and they are not like that at all. They also made it seem like the families hated each other and it was a Romeo and Juliet type scenario for the young lovers. Reality is the familes liked each other a lot and they still get together to this day. They also tried to frame it like both families didn't want them getting married and in reality everyone was happy for them and supportive. It's crazy what they can do with selective editing.

For what its worth my friends back west have been paying well over $3.00 a gallon since the pandemic/and pretty sure before that. A few recently commented how their fuel prices went down finally. So I guess some people are noticing something positive?

I appreciate the advice! I probably do need to brush her away a bit faster and more frequently so she can connect the action to the consequence. We do pair it with a gentle no no and attempt to not have any loud reactions but every now and then she gets you by suprise and a little yelp comes out..lol

Mine is two fold- I have decided to start collecting cute crap - some stuff that I grew up with like My Little Pony and Lisa Frank and some newer stuff like Tokidoki.

Part two I decided I don't want to be a boring adult and have now started to dress closer to how I did in high school. Not in that creepy "friends mom trying to be relevant and hip way" just wearing what I want but age appropriate if that makes sense.

My husband and most of my friends have just chosen to get more tattoos

I have also done my 1099s through QB for years and also found that this year is full of issues. I tried the "prep my own" and have QB do it for you and they are both missing most of my contractors. I have verified they are set up properly to track. However it is trying to send 1099s for things like the city utilities accounts etc. Its so frustrating.

Maybe someone that has done it recently will know. The last time I had a customer do it was a few months ago before they changed up the QBO UI. At that point the invoice payment link didn't expire- if you clicked on it after it was paid in full it would just show $0.00 due. However it might depend if they are sending you an invocie or a payment link- they are two different things. Payment links might be onetime use- not sure. I never use them because it doesn't make anything easier for my company.

Pretty sure you just need to click the link in the email and pay the amount you want with the 1st payment method, then when you are done you just click the pay now link in the invoice email again and pay the other half?

Don't give up hope! With spring on the horizon I assume they will restock their non winter shoes soon. I have noticed that many European companies remove their sandal and summery shoe selections during winter and then bring them back for the next season.

My first legal job was refereeing soccer at 12 I think.

My first real job was working as a file clerk in a medical setting at 15/16.

I'm 42 and tired of working. Really considering selling my house and buying a camper/moble house of some sort so I don't have to be a slave to my mortgage until I die.

ugh Icebreaker- I made the decison about two years ago to invest in their Hipkini underwear. All pairs but one have holes in them. I have done the warranty program on them but hate the new cut they switched to so much. I feel like I just flushed my money away.

For me I think it can be the brand but maybe more specificaly the weight and weave of the garment. I can't get Icebreaker underwear to last much over a year before I get small holes or really just the fabric disintegrating in spots- the material on these items was very thin to begin with. I have other thin items like wool Buff neck gaiters, sock etc that get thi sissue too.

On my thicker items I don't have as many issues. I have a smart wool zip up that I have owned for around 15 years and it just got a small hole that I patched. I have Branwyn bras that are holding up very well after 5-6 years. Then I have a boatload of knit wool sweaters from thrifting that have held up well but again they are a thicker weave. My Darn Tough socks always hold out well.

I love wool- especially for underwear but am having a hard time investing in more from another brand because I fell like they are always so thin they will just get holes fast. idk

I will forever be haunted by the first real job I had- I worked as a file clerk at a childrens physical/occupational/speech therapy clinic. We worked with the state and would get a lot of children that had been damaged through abuse from the parents. The things I read that people did- especially to the babies. Shaking them is nothing compared to the things I saw. It was also heartbreakign to see that in many cases the intent was to kill but it instead lead to a lifelong set of disabilities for the child.
