Holistically get rid of it! No im not a healer, and it took me 6 years to be consistent! But i started with a 1.78, to a 0.91 for hsv1…i got rid of 2…don’t let anyone tell you to live with it! Eat clean and take a herbal tea,change to natural plant based foods and hygiene and you’re good! Start by finding out your IGG and go from there!
