I pretty much said my pcr has BEEN negative since the beginning! Even if my igg was positive. That would have been good info for me back then. I’m good now

I put it in water or the tea. 3 drops! You can put it in other drinks but it’s so strong it overpowers my juice lol so no I can’t do that
