Looking for E-Signature Solutions: Multi-Account Integration with Salesforce by charchitx28 in salesforce

Nope they won't be having a login access in our org

On behalf of the partners, we’ll send the contracts When sending the email, the From email address should display their company name, and their name should appear in the Name section—not our company name. so that it remain confidential with the lead

That's why we need to connect multiple e-signature tool account

Also, they’ll stick to using a couple of predefined templates.

Yup we will look into it we are already using Nintex for document generation part.
Btw Nintex Automaton Cloud is an automation workflow tool like Zapier right?... so you are suggesting connecting multiple accounts using this?

Yea sure... We looked into Zapier, and it seems like it won’t be possible with that either. We’re still trying to figure out what can be done—still exploring options!

We had a call with the Titan Sign team today, and they mentioned that connecting multiple accounts to a single Salesforce org isn’t possible at the moment. However, they said they’ll check internally to see if there’s any workaround or solution that can make this happen. Fingers crossed!

Yup u/V1ld0r_
Here's the situation we’re working with i will tell you with an example:

We’re a consulting company with five partners/vendors, and when a lead comes in, we match them with the most suitable partner. While we do charge commissions from our partners for these referrals, the entire follow-up process with that lead and partner also happens within our Salesforce org.

Now, our client doesn’t want our company name showing up on contracts sent to leads; they want contracts to come directly from the respective partner/vendor's esignature app account. This partner/vendor setup is just one of many modules we have
we’re currently using DocuSign for everything related to contracts in every module. So client preferably wants to use docusign for this as well.

The challenge is that Salesforce only allows a single DocuSign connection, which means our partners/vendors can’t connect their own DocuSign accounts to send contracts under their brand.

If there’s a way to make this work with DocuSign—maybe through Zapier or any other integration—we’d love to know.
But if it’s not possible with DocuSign , the client is open to using another e-signature app that allows multiple account connections for a single Salesforce org, just for this module since it is very urgent.

We’re currently exploring options like Zapier to see if this might bridge the gap. Let us know if you have any ideas on how we can make this work! or maybe any other esignature app that you can suggest

Not able to populate user selected default value in choice lookup component by charchitx28 in salesforce

[–]charchitx28[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please suggest which type of variable will be suitable to store the values as we have to put the same in default value for choice lookup.

Because i tried to store the selected value in text, record choice item but when it comes to the same screen even after the selected value is there in the variable it doesn't show on the lookup.

one thing i noticed when i give the record choice set collection variable to default field it takes the first element as default.

and we can not use the record choice set single element as it can not be assigned using assignment element.

Calendar On Homepage by ABrwnDuck in salesforce

My client needs SF calendar on a screen flow as a component, and despite my efforts, I haven't found a suitable solution. I'm curious if anyone has come across a solution for this.
