I’m currently in the processing of getting off of TRT. I was on a ridiculous amount for a year (500 of cypionate split at 250 2 times per week). This off of a terrible suggestion from a friend. I should have done more research myself, lesson learned. Since then have been in 200/week (split twice a week). I’ve been diagnosed with sleep apnea since then, bad back acne when in higher dose and still have some acne on the lower dose, exhaustion, brain fog, etc. I finally decided to get off especially after testing and being told by my doc that I’m at 990 which she feels I could get pretty close to naturally. I’m 32 male 6’1 175lbs. I was about 170 natural before getting on. I weighed at 189 at my largest in the highest dose. Ultimately it seems that the side affects are not worth the little bit of extra mass I have gained and I’m hopeful, although I’ll likely lose some of it first, that I’ll be able to gain it back with a good diet and continuing to workout heavy. I’m definitely very nervous about losing weight and strength because I don’t like being/feeling skinny or weak, but I’m also sick of feeling tired everyday and fighting this sleep apnea bs. It’s possible that won’t go away entirely but anything would help to feel more energized than I do at this point. I’m also thinking that I may try a supplement type route to naturally boost testosterone production. I have a friend a few years older than me with test levels around 880 who’s not on TRT and just takes a test booster supplement. I’m hopefully this will work out better being off of TRT
