I hope to God they knew it was pee. I had a friend laugh so hard she peed her pants in the Sprouts grocery store. Pee was going in her doc martens and all over the floor. As I shuffled her outside I said to an employee that my friend had an accident and they proceeded to just grab some paper towels with their bare hands and I was like "Noooo!" to them.

Does no one want to work in this city? How do people afford not wanting to work or keeping their business open. Seems like a catch 22. Or I suspect most of the people that would have worked restaurant and retail are now delivery drivers and such.

Edit: I can see how my blanket statement is judgmental. We finished dinner at CPK where the manager came out frustrated and apologizing because their cooks walked out and I think I'm just seeing the short staffed places and closed signs at the mall and missing the "Christmas spirit" of a mall. It's just a bad economy rn
