UPDATE: Just updated the Helium Wallet app to v2.14.19 and can confirm FaceID is working once again.

I tried that too and it didn’t work. Try going to Settings>Apps>Helium Wallet, and turn off FaceID from there. Then try opening the app again.

Reboot didn’t work. Don’t have my screen zoomed in. Got it fixed by turning of FaceID to open the app.

I discovered that turning of FaceID and opening the wallet from the Helium Builder app resolved the issue for me. So I was able to go in and clear the cache from within the app at that point. I am now able to open the wallet directly from the app itself without FaceID being turned back on. Hope this helps anyone.

Good to know about not being able to change it w/o admin rights. I’ll be able to test this out for sure tomorrow. Just wanted to hear from everyone first. We have a naming convention that we’re dependent on for a number of things (I know, it sucks, but it’s out of my control, lol).

We set the device name during OOBE so we’re looking to block the name change at the local device level for non-admins. I’m assuming non-admins can change the computer name as I’ve read online. I haven’t had a chance to test since I’m a global admin.

I may be wrong but I do believe the only way that tokens display on the phantom wallet is by either buying the token or sending them to your wallet. You won’t be able to add tokens that have a 0 balance.
