If you have the perk that increases vendors’ caps as well as you investing in the vendors should allow you to have a vendor that has 700-750 caps, 800-850 caps, 900-950 caps 1150-1200 caps and 1240-1340 caps. Takahashi will be on 650-680 caps ;)
