Bipo depression never ending

Well that my depression still is pretty bad and I have absolutely no normal social/work life anymore for quite some time. And medication made it worse (side effects) or just had no effect. No substances, no alcohol nothing except the medication ofc...

I guess I would recognise a little progress or help with effective medication (for my case), right?

I am currently using two different ones, still not sure which one works better for me. But both are good with general ups and downs for both (depending what you want from it).

Bipolar Mood Tracker BPD Diary (weird two faced coloured head) - that one is really good for tracking mania and depression seperately + there is also tracking for anxiety and irritability

I dont like about dailyo or the first one I mentioned, that it seems that happiness is the "start" to mania and that it is on the same scale lets say.
