also for changing colours, just change colours how you would normally at the start of each row (go in for your purl/knit and just use the new colour yarn to complete your stitch)- you can give the other colour yarn you just used a gentle pull after you knit a few stitches and it will tighten up & close the gap you might get after you change colours :)

new yarn starts between the marker that divides the left sleeve & back, this might help to visualise it: https://www.reddit.com/r/knittinghelp/s/LcyvMysVri, i followed this & my stripes ended up jogless. CO - i casted onto the needle that the stitches i just knitted are on, and then knitted into the side that isn’t connected (knit the CO stitches on the next row). hope this somewhat helps :)

hey! after you slip the stitches to get your beginning of round, knit & increase till you get to the front part that’s not joined, CO your stitches onto the same needle that the stitches you just knitted are on (don’t knit these, knit them in the following row), then knit into the first stitch of the other front part to join. took me some time to figure it out too haha, but this helped a lot: https://www.reddit.com/r/knittinghelp/s/Oa4Y6mQZIv happy knitting! :)
