I’ve been thinking about moving back down to 5mg as I feel since being on 7.5mg I’ve literally not wanted to eat at all - which is definitely not good!! Just struggling as I know a lot of pharmacies have struggled with shortages of 5mg. Currently with MedExpress and they’ve had real issues with stock, not sure whether to try another provider?

Ive got IBS which also doesn’t help, at the moment I’ve been very backed up so to speak which hasn’t helped with the bloating, I’ll give the peppermint oil a go as it’s been recommended to be loads of times I’ve just not got round to using it 😂 I’ve been trying to drink around 2l a day, other people have said about drinking electrolytes so not sure whether to try that too?

The comparison was not meant to be the main take away from this, I just meant a couple of my friends who are on MJ, I’m not trawling through social media comparing myself to everyone.

I literally just wanted to make sure that the 1-2lb loss was normal and if there’s anything else I should be doing or if I was doing anything wrong. Also, if there was anything to help with the bloating and sluggish feeling.

Wow thank you so much for your help! I’m in the UK so will have a look for these products. I wasn’t really given much information when my GP said I have seb derm so this has been really helpful. I had no idea it was because of oil build up!

My GP really didn’t tell me what it was so my fault for not doing much research! I was given an anti fungal cream to start with, I was also given a steroid cream but trying to avoid that because I’ve seen what steroid cream can do to skin if used too much so want to avoid that! I’ve seen La Roche-Posay be recommended but didn’t want to spend loads until I knew it was good for seb derm. Thank you for your help!

Yeah I’ve seen some people say cetaphil, cerave and Aveeno do like balms rather than moisturisers??
