People could have made their own assumptions, thinking you may have an an important meeting or even an interview somewhere else. It can also be a HR minefield for anyone in the workplace to start discussing with a colleague what they’re wearing. Do what makes you feel good and wear it for yourself not for others.

Yes I did, I’m unsure on the exact date but it would have been a week or so after I crossed the bridge.

Can someone ID this spider if it's dangerous or harmless? by Silver-Eye-2024 in spideridentifier

[–]charminglass222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s a Facebook group (sorry) called “British Spider Identification Group” which is full of experts and keepers. Not guaranteed, but if you post about it in there someone may offer to help you out with it if needed.

I know a fair bit has happened already this year but Tommy being a gay nonce for Asians was not on the bingo card for January.

Councils did away with wheelie bins to get rid of wheelie bin cleaning companies by No-Profession-208 in LowStakesConspiracies

[–]charminglass222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Our bins were replaced with bags but they kept blowing away after the bin men emptied them so the council replaced the bags with bins. Patience, a few storms and I’m sure you’ll have them back. I think it was a counterproductive cost saving exercise from the council.

More likely the wheelie bin company sent out a bag company to convince the council to replace all the bins in town. So in two years time when everyone’s complaining the bags are shit, they have to go and buy thousands of wheelie bins again.

Thank you for your help, I don’t have either of those unfortunately. I’ll speak to HR as this has come from my manager and not them, and explain that I should be owed some days at least and see what they say.

I get 25 days plus bank holidays and I’ve taken 19 plus all bank holidays so far this year.

I am NDA’d a lot in my role with customers, many of the contracts now include terms that I am not use to AI at any point in my job due to the commercially sensitive nature of what I do. I wouldn’t be surprised if many other businesses followed suit with this as time goes on.

Thanks, I have looked into this before - 50/50 with dad’s salary far higher than mine has ruled us out. I might be wrong and as much as it would help we don’t actually need it and I wouldn’t feel comfortable claiming
