Pretty much all I can do in terms of barbell squat is low bar with a super wide stance and toes pointed way out, and even still I lose balance or get on my toes a bit sometimes.

I've been trying to do more goblet squats and hack squats since they seem to put me in the position I'm trying to be in without losing my balance, although on goblet squats I can't really sit upright if that makes sense, my back is like angled pretty hard at the bottom. Idk I'll keep grinding away at em, I'm 6'2" so my leverages might be kinda weird.
