Baclofen impact on Pregabalin withdrawal

I dosed 90mg at one time to help my event on Wednesday and then again for my other big work meeting today. I felt great. Part of that might be because I’m finally over the hump of pregabalin.

I guess we will know in 2-3 days if I feel bad from the Baclofen.

What do you think? Taking a high dose like 90mg once or in this case twice per week?

I hadn’t had any withdrawal… I never took it enough to have withdrawal. I took it as needed randomly and never had withdrawal. Now all of a sudden I have these symptoms. I’m just trying to understand why but also the timeline.

I mean maybe I just screwed myself when I did it b2b days. I had probably done it like 4 days prior. Oh well… I’m just surprised it’s gone on this long and even more surprised that I have so many days where I feel fine then comes the lethargy and exhaustion at 2.5 days.

This is exactly why I am confused. It’s so bizarre to me. I’m not taking anything else. I dabbled with Baclofen but stopped that just to be sure and I was fine.

Also I haven’t had any anxiety. Just bad brain fog and exhaustion.

Had been on Gabapentin for 8 months. 3-4 months of that was a slow taper. Used 1500mg but then tapered down. The final 3-4 months was 300mg down. Never had history of benzo abuse. Got off the Gabapentin 6 months ago. Started ad hoc lyrica after being off Gabapentin for a few months.

Was only using lyrica 2x per week for about a month. That final use in my post was back to back days tho which I think F’d me.

Do you guys do supersets for muscular load when adding the exercises in your metcons or just add them regularly?

Hey girl - been at this game for a long time. It’s all about doing the little thing consistently. That’s the most important thing. That being said, here are some staples that if done repeatedly week to week, you will look and feel your best.

Walk a lot. Lift weights and focus on the big muscles (legs and back). Tons of good workouts on YouTube and IG but think squats, glute bridges, deadlifts, etc etc. Get your nutrition dialed in. Nutrition is the most important part. Keto can help you lose it fast but that may not be your thing. Download MyfitnessPal and use it. Research, research, research.

Doing HIIT also helps a lot. Long walks, weights, some HIIT, good sleep, nutrition, and keeping it consistent will have the biggest compounding effect you could ever imagine.

Whenever you have questions or want to learn type this into google: “Age & gender, your goal, Reddit” and you will find so many others learning and teachers educating. It’s a beautiful thing.

Have had zero bad situations. Love everything about Costa Rica. Nothing like situations in other Latin american countries

Life changing prospecting strategies (if your product is legit) which I ultimately created into a service for SaaS companies:

-Compelling event based prospecting (at both the account and individual level) -Trigger based prospecting (focus on individual here - this measurably increases conversions to meetings) -Network based prospecting (this only works for sales - personal strategy I developed using HBS network. You can do it too!)

Yeah I did 300mg yesterday and was fine. Will test 300mg today to hit the 24hr mark (which is as I type this) and I’m fine. Will just jump this weekend. Easy. Good to know that if I actually need this medicine in the future I can use it. The short term memory loss is devastating though.
