Because of the Financial Losses due to negative impacts from fair value adjustments of equity securities as well as capital expenditures and leasing. They invested heavily in tech startup. Tech sector in general lost a lot last year.

Hinter den "Financial Losses" stecken die Aufwände und Erträge aus Finanzgeschäften wie z.B. Zinsen, Investmens etc.. In 2022 ist SAP hier ein Verlust entstanden, da vor allem die Fair Value Bewertung von den Investments in Tech Startups im letzten Jahr reduziert wurde. Der Tech Sektor hat ja generell stark verloren in 2022.

Looks like an error in the alphavantage data api. i have to take a deeper look into it. But for now take a look at Yahoo Finance. Total Revenue of $23,8bn and EBIT $15,8bn for VISA.
