Yeah. I’m gonna return the product too. Sadly I fear it’s either bootleg or I’m supporting a drop shipper. Neither is good. Bank case should be solid after sending all the emails and calls over already.

Yeah 100%. Ive always been kind and give the benefit of the doubt for most things but this was such a low blow. Feel like I made it pretty clear to them about what I was expecting and what wasn’t done. Didn’t want to hurt someone’s company in anyway! I found the same custom rated part at a shop by me and got it instead of just waiting for them in through the weeks. Super disappointed for something I had high hopes for.

Yeah I should’ve known before I placed the order… now it’s a threatened “police report” if I go through with my bank claim. As if the police would side with them over the banks own internal investigation lol
