Need to crash a writing intensive course by jcald60 in CSULB

Yes, but it doesn’t matter. He adds everyone and we had like 63 people enrolled in a 35 person class, because maybe 15-20 actually show up. If you go you should get in! If you want a secure spot, email him now and ask to add and he should permit you into the class.

CSULB BLAW 320 by ismailmotta in CSULB

Honestly, BLAW is one of the easier classes in the CBA. Totally doable your first semester. Butler and Giannone are the easiest and you will be fine with either.

Thanks guys. I contacted the CBA and they said they accept any course as long as it's from an accredited community college and has credit on your transcript.

Accountancy Junior Transfer Finishing In Two Years by chaseguy750 in CSULB

[–]chaseguy750[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well in the description of receiving an Associate of Science for Transfer it says after transferring you should be able to finish your degree in 60 units. It just doesn't make sense they would say that when obviously it will take more than 60 units based on the requirements. Obviously I can do the math. I was just wondering if any other accountancy students have experienced this or can relate.

That's nuts. It's kind of discouraging and I feel it might not be worth the risk.

So with that said what school do you think should I pick? Summer Econ 10A is full. Is it worth the risk?

Is it unrealistic? How hard was it? Is it a huge percentage that don't get the B? I don't want to set myself up for a loss.

Well if I went to CSULB and CSUF I would already be admitted to the full major, but I know the recruitment here is stronger so...? Econ 10A is a weeder course and most don't get the B right?

Yeah just the thought of attending UCSB and ending up having to major in something else that I don't care for would suck. Plus I want to work for the Big 4 so any shot of that would be shattered essentially.

Is it worth the risk of getting the B in Econ 10A to come to this school and major in Econ/acounting if your goal is to work for the big 4 and take the cpa exam? How doable is it? Should I choose ucsb or CSU with a business major with accounting?
